Subscrission

All services are subscriptions, ongoing and unlimited, with minimum contractual term of 12 months at a time, unless otherwise stated in the order, contract and / or invoice. Frostbit AS is obliged to renew the services continuously and automatically for a new term of office, and under otherwise applicable terms, until termination has been notified by the Customer.

Delivery

Delivery has occurred when the Customer, or Customer Representative, has been granted access to the service. If no delivery date is stated in the order, Frostbit AS shall provide the service within 30 days of the Customer's order. The customer will be notified by email when the service is delivered.

Payment

Frostbit AS may require payment for services from the time the service is delivered. If the Customer uses credit or debit cards upon payment, Frostbit AS can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged at the time the service is delivered. In case of invoice payment, the invoice will be issued to the Customer on the day the service is delivered. The payment deadline appears in the invoice and is at least 14 calendar days after the invoice date.

Right of withdrawal

Unless the agreement is exempt from a right of cancellation, the Customer may in consumer circumstances cancel the purchase of the service under the Law of Obligations Act.

Your stuff & Your permissions

When you use our services, you provide us with things like your files, content, email address and so on "Your Stuff". Your Stuff is yours. These terms don't give us any rights to Your Stuff except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Services.

We need your permission to do things like hosting Your Stuff and sharing it when you ask us to. These and other features may require our systems to access, store and scan Your Stuff. You give us permission to do those things.

Our Services let you share Your Stuff with others, so please think carefully about what you share.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse our service or help anyone else to do so. For example, you must never try to do any of the following in connection with our service: abuse referrals or promotions to get more storage space than deserved; publish or share materials that are unlawfully pornographic or indecent, or that contain extreme acts of violence; violate the law in any way, including storing, publishing or sharing material that's fraudulent, defamatory or misleading; or violate the privacy or infringe the rights of others.

Facebook Apps

We do not collect any information from your facebook account. When using our service you may input information about yourself, but we will never do this automatically.
